Every guitar will behave differently with any new set of pickups, this offer will give you an opportunity to take some time to play and listen to the pickups and then have them retuned to better suit your guitar if required. For instance you may want more bass response from one of the pickups to compensate for an overly bright guitar, or you may want a hotter wind for more gain.
When playing your set of RD's for the first time be prepared to spend some time readjusting your Amp EQ settings, you will probably find that that a good starting point is with everything at 12 oclock or about half way and work from there.
*RD Pickups are guaranteed free from manufacuring defects for life to the original registered owner (proof of purchase & registration will be required). This warranty will be null and void if the pickup is dismantled, modified or changed in any way without our express written agreement. This incluides removal of factory fitted covers.
If the unimaginable happens and your pickup develops a fault please contact us for a returns number and send the pickup to us carefully packaged. If you are outside the EU please contact us for appropriate customs documentation. After we have verified the fault we will repair and return to you free of charge.
This warranty does not cover theft, accidental damage, or any other activities which are out of our control such as, but not limited to, you setting fire to your guitar on stage, using your guitar as a snow board, or heaven forbid.... using your RD Pickups as projectiles during civil or marital unrest.
